Tsultrim Jeltsen - Managing Director tsultrim@cpms.co.nz
Tsultrim has over 30 years experience in the painting industry, 15 years of which he managed his own Auckland based painting company, KT Jeltsen Ltd which operated primarily in the Auckland residential market. After selling this business Tsultrim worked as the General Manager of a Commercial Painting Company. He then established Complete Painting & Maintenance Services which undertakes a combination of residential and commercial projects. Tsultrim is a member of the Master Painters Association of New Zealand and has served as executive member to Vice President of Auckland Painting Contractors Association. Throughout his career he has trained a number of apprentices.

Siew Koh - Estimator siew@cpms.co.nz
Siew has worked as an estimator in the Painting industry for more than 10 years in New Zealand.
His previous experience included tendering for intumescent and specialist steel coatings and project management. Siew currently prepares all tender documents.

Bill Matamana - Project Manager bill@cpms.co.nz
Bill began his painting career at the early age of 15 – giving him over 30 years experience in the industry, having worked on industrial, commercial and residential properties.
Prior to joining CPMS Bill managed his own business for 15 years. He has had the experience of leading teams, large and small contracts for both the government and private sector.
He is currently employed by CPMS as a Project Manager and he manages our team to ensure the contracts complete on time.

Gus Mataele - Site Supervisor
Gus has worked in the painting industry for the past 30 years and has been a supervisor for 22 years. As a site foreman Gus oversees a team of painters to ensure a project is completed efficiently.

Manisha Shah - Office Manager manisha@cpms.co.nz
Manisha is a qualified Accounts Executive and has a background in accounting, and administration in New Zealand and overseas. Manisha has several years experience working for a New Zealand companies and has sole charge of our office.
